Structure
Initially a self-selecting body of individuals who recognise the need for
such a body.
Board of Directors/Management
- A management committee/board of directors who will be the public face of the organisation.
- No more than 5 members on the Board.
- Each member will participate as an individual. Board members are not elected to represent any particular organisation.
- Positive members are encouraged to be publicly open about their status.
- While drawing on individual experience, members should have an ability to understand and articulate concepts, issues and ideas at a strategic level.
- Each member will serve for 3 years. Each year two members from the third year will retire. Retiring members will be eligible for re-election.
- A secretariat will be based in London.
